I love the marriage of Kale in Quiche. It just fits. Not only is Kale a great detox food, it’s high in fiber and Calcium, Vitamin C & K, Iron and antioxidants! Kale finds a mate with Quiche, don’t even think off how good these are, you can tell that by the photo. Just think about how good these are for you. LCHF, high protein. Low carb because there’s no crust, no grain! High fat with the use of the whole egg, bacon and cheese. #RealFood
